Disability and Inclusion

Our Mission

Creative expression for everyone.

We work with day centres, schools and community groups to bring accessible opportunities for creative expression in a fun, supportive and engaging way.

We strive to work with everyone who takes part in our sessions as a unique individual; to empower people to become active creators of art, music, dance or code to their fullest ability.

Please head over to Inc.Drop, the strand of our work that is all about inclusivity. You will see our fabulous facilitators, get a flavour of our experience , ethos values and get details on our inclusive projects. You will also see more of what we have been up to with our inclusive work during the pandemic.

We can offer SEND school projects in

  • Drama

  • Media: Animation and Film

Are projects are designed to support Artsmark and connect with Arts Award.

Our Story

We’ve been working with disabled adults and children for over 15 years. We’re advocates for the power of assistive technology to enable disabled people to express their creativity.

Our Inclusivity lead is Dave Darch. Dave’s mum taught in SEND schools for many years and that gave him a commitment to and an understanding of this work. His love of music technology and electronics led him to explore alternative ways to make music using and inventing assistive music technologies.

He continues to lead sessions for inc.drop (music and media/film/animation) and is joined by a great many talented music, drama and dance practitioners while ensuring that we deliver the highest quality creative sessions available.

We’ve grown organically via word of mouth recommendations from teachers, centre managers and support workers.
